Hello everyone! :wave:

I joined a while back when I was planning on adding a rabbit to the family, but I decided to put a hold on that so I guess I just forgot about this place. I have returned due to the fact rabbits havehopped their way back into my life.

I'm a volunteer at a local rabbit rescue (currently going twice a week) and I'm going to startfostering rabbitsthat need some extra TLCto help get them adopted into great new homes.So I'm very excited for that!

Anyway, I just wanted to say Hi and that I will make a greater effort to be a contributing RO member.

That is great that you volunteer at a shelter and doing fostering! I bet you will love doing it as well. You should feel so proud.

Welcome fellow CA member! YAY! So glad yourvolunteering (where at? and do they need help?) and how can you NOT have a bun in your life?! If you need "moral" support or advice from someone in your state feel free to send me a PM and will help you out.

Have fun here at RO! Great place for info and support both with buns and your life personally.

:welcome1to RO!! I work with rescue and foster also. It's so gratifying to show these little bunners what love and happiness is. I wouldn't be surprised if one of your fosters hops his way into your heart and you end up adopting. It's sooooo hard to give them up.

I volunteer at Second Chance Bunnies, it's in Auburn CA. Thecouple who founded and run the placeare amazing people. It's a not for profit organization and, besides some donations, they fund it all by themselves.

Welcome back! That's awesome that you volunteer....I wish that I could but there are no rabbit rescues where I am. I wish someone would start up one, I would be there in a heartbeat to help out!
