I just came back from a trip to visit my friend in Idaho (I live in Ontario, and have never been so far. So fun!) and of course, I was worried about leaving my bunny with my family. My friend who normally sits for me just moved about an hour and a half away for college, and my family had never watched the General before. Boy was I nervous!
But, I shouldn't have been. ;) My little brother stepped up to the plate! I left him a list of instructions, put everything out where it was easily accessible (and another list of instructions by all that, too) and cleaned up my room so that he could sit in there with the General while he had his run around time. But I told my mom just to watch and make sure he was following all the instructions.

He did more than that! He went online and did research on what to do. :D He cleaned his room, so that General could stay in his room with him while he was hanging around. Hid all of the wires and all. That made me laugh! And apparently, he got a girlfriend while I was gone...and she helped also!

I was amazed, lol! My brother is usually inconsiderate and rude, and though he likes General, I didn't think he'd be so committed! I guess I won't have to worry if I'm going away again!

That's awesome!!! It's such a relief when you have good helpers that you know will take care of your loved ones!!!

Great bro you have!!

Thats great!

I would never trust my brother to take care of my rabbit. Thats really cool your brother stepped up to the plate like that.

:highfive: Way to go!
That's super he stepped up and took care of your bun!

That's great news! I trained my mom to care for my bunnies when I went off to college. I wouldn't trust them with my brother though.
