hello i'm new at bunnies, and i've had my bun piglet for 3 months. today when i was going to let him out, he didn't want to come out, so i got a treat and put it in my hand. i held it out to him and her grunted at me. i wasn't holding it too close to him or anything. i didnt know if i was doing anything wrong or what. was the grunting meant to be aggressive? [[hes 14 weeks]] or was he happy? :)please tell me if i was doing anything wrong, or anything. thanks sooooo much!

It probably just means that he is telling you to stay out of his territory, his cage. He might have just not been in the mood to play. Also, at 14 weeks, he is probably really starting to figure out he's a boy, LOL. Do you plan on getting him neutered?

Edit to add: That is, as long as his appetite, activity levels are all normal. If any of that changes, and he doesn't want to come out for play time tomorrow, he might need a check up at the vet's.
