I love the fall! The smells, the coolness in the air and the fall blooms. It's like theplants are giving it one last hurrah before their big rest! The leaveslook faded and raggedy on the edges, the colors are starting to lookbad, but flowers are still trying to pop out everywhere! I love togarden and I just wanted to share the end of the season with youguys!

Happy Fall!

Looking at the pictures of your lovely floweresmade me miss, even more, all the ones I had to leave behind when I hadto move. There was no chance to go back and get any of them, either. The whole place was bulldozed. I spent alot of time and energy on both flower and veggie gardens. Both paid back huge dividends! Early fall would be myfavorite time of year if I didn't know what was coming!

Raspberry,

It seems that everything you touch turns out beautiful. Your children, your gardening, your photography...

I'm beginning to think there's not anything you can't do.

What a gorgeous garden! I just love Mums too. :D Can't wait to see spring pictures, when everything is waking up.

I can't wait to own a house with a yard so I can garden.

Very nice pictures of your "lingering" garden. Ilove to garden also and we do everything from a pumpkin patch (kidscarved the pumpkins last night!) to flowers. Their is nothing moresatisfying for me than to get my hands into some dirt!

Thanks for sharing your garden with us :D

Fall, interesting, I forgot what that was! lol, here it just went from summer right to winter! I miss all the prettyfall colors.

Beautiful pictures, Raspberry. You are very talented!

I think some of us have yet to grow up. :p Myselfincluded. I love getting all dirty in a garden. For now, I have to makedue with houseplants. I did grow some herbs, but the only thing I haveleft is the rosemary. The other herbs didn't do well in the move anddied shortly after getting here.

I love spring and used to be out therebefore the snow was even all the way gone! :shock:But thelast few years I have a really tough time in the spring because my sunsensitivity is so bad with my Lupus. We have planted a lot of trees inthe last several years and as spring progresses and the leaves filloutthere is more shade and I'm able to start moving around alittle more freely in my yard. My gardens aren't what they used to bein the spring but they get fired up bysummer!

Sorry to hear that, Raspberry, about the Lupus. Ihave a friend who has that too, although I've never fully understoodit. Regardless, your garden is still breathtaking.
