before trying to streatch itout hon if itsin the back ofthe thigh please see adr first , how didthis injury happen what causedit its all relivent to makesure nothing is seriously wrong , ifthere is a tear in the muscle ora deep bruise streatching mightworsen the injury, good rule ofthumb check it with adr first streach out under hissupervision ,

i don't think its anything serious, i've justgotten back into training and running a lot, it's probably just astresses/streched out muscle. the only streches i've ever known areones that were taught in P.E. i think i'm going to do some internetresearch on streches in a minute.

You know what is good for your back is to lay onthe floor and just stretch all out tippy fingers and tippytoes and thenbring your knees up and flatten the small of your back (if that's whereit hurts).

I get a lot of lower back pain (female related ya know?) sorry guys! lol

and it helps me so much to do that.

Also it helps to just lay on the floor back flat, arms to the siderelaxed and knees up - feet flat on the floor. Do that for atleast 5 min and it does help.
