I wouldn't say it is the best out there. It is high in protein (17% I think) which is really too much for most pet rabbits. The fat is also high and the fibre is on the low side. Unless you have a specific need for the high protein and fat, it would be better to not use it.
Since I believe that this brand is only sold at Petsmart, you do have better options there. Oxbow, Kaytee (timothy food only) and the carefresh food are all pretty good.

I want something i can buy in bulk because I live like an hour from a real town so any suggestions on something i can buy in like a 25lb bag

Are there any farm or feed stores near you? Most do carry rabbit food. Brands can vary from place to place. I know that some breeders use Purina foods and Manna Pro is also popular. Go into a feed store and ask what they have and look at the feed tag as well if you can.
Most feed store stuff comes in 50 pound bags, but some come in smaller sizes. I buy a 50 pound bag as that is the food that works for my rabbits. I put it in large zip lock bags so it stay fresh longer (rather than opening the big bag twice a day for 5 months).

I buy 50lb bags of rabbit food at the local feed store for about $13. If you're wanting bulk, you should definitely find a feed store. As far as I know, most pet stores don't sell rabbit food over like 10lbs, and even that is going to be really pricey. Again, like stated above, unless you have a lot of rabbits (I go through 50 lbs about every 3 weeks), the food will go stale if you don't store it properly.

I breed and use Purina for my rabbits - I use the Pro for my flemish giants and the Show for my lionheads. I wis hI only went through 50 pounds every two weeks - I go through about 300 pounds every two weeks.

^^^ =O That is a LOT of food! And my mum thinks $15 every two weeks is expensive >.< I only have 4 rabbits at the moment though. And 3 babies, which haven't started eating yet. (And all my buns are Mini Rex and Holland Lops. So tiny breeds =))

I plan to only have one but i would probably store the food like i do with my birds i buy a 25lb bag open it seperate it and put it in plastic baggies and only open one up at a time when i need them

I feed Nutrena Naturewise Rabbit Pellets, and I was going to compare Guaranteed Analysis of the two, and I just realized that mine doesn't have anything on the bag, and I can't find anything through Google D=
