So Belldandy has spent most of the spring and summer outside, only recently have I started bringing her inside more (cooler nights, more storms, etc). I've noticed that when she is inside she refuses to eat hay and uses it for a toilet instead.

Outside she eats grass and doest touch the hay.

Is this normal?

I have one rabbit that loved hay and eats a ton and another that doesn't eat that much. The one who doesn't eat much won't eat the hay from her litter box while in her caged area so I put a hay container in there and she will eat it from there. But she still doesn't eat that much.

My baby started out eating alot of hay, but I think that's because she was never offered it before at the farm. But in the past few weeks, she has almost stopped eating it completely. I'm out of the timothy hay now and am going to try something different (orchard grass) because I haev found I'm severely allergic to timothy hay.
So I'm not complaining about it!
She flies through her pellets though. I'm astonished when I go out to check her feed bin and the pellets are almost gone again.
