Flops has not pooped or peed since her cage"ordeal" last night - she is eating & drinking &otherwise seems fine. Should i be concerned? She is back in the oldcage.

Some are going to be skeptical about this, but Irecommend giving her some nutrical if you have some. I'd alsogive her some papaya and keep a close eye on her. Do you knowhow long it's been since she pooped?

Bunman,

When you refer to her ordeal, are you speaking of her change in cage?If so, she is probably just stressed out and will be back to normalsoon. However, I think Lissa's advice is good, and I would reccomendfollowing it just in case.

I would assume the same. Try massaging her tummy a little bit too.

The fact that she's eating and drinking are good signs.

I would be concerned if she stops eating and drinking.....or if shedoesn't poop or pee after a day or so. Keep a close eye on intake.

You're probably right in thinking she's stressed from the cage ordeal.

If you have some Nutri-cal you may want to give her some. It will help boost her system.

Any changes in foods or treats? Is she shedding or molting?

Tootsie just put me through this. I think some of the greens I gave hermay have gone a bit sour and her stomach may have been upset for acouple of days. She stopped eating, drinking, pooping & peeingfor two days before she started to show some improvement. She's allbetter now.

No shedding or other changes. I did put herpellets in a hopper but otherwise the cage is back to normal. I thinkfrom the pellet level she ate a few, but have not been home to verifytil now.
