We picked Nigel up this morning.

He's gorgeous, tiny, sweet, and he is so bold! He was, of course, freaked out at first, but after about 10 minutes on the train he was hopping around the carrier, cleaning himself and laying with his legs out!

I even managed to get a cuddle out of him on the train. He just tucked himself into the top of my coat and stayed put for ages.

He's dead-bunny-flopped twice since we got him home, and even thumped at Bunny when Bunny dared to come near his new house.

I can't wait to get to know him properly.

Anyway, photo time!

First, here's his mansion... I'm going to wait until he actually starts using his shelves before putting more fun things on them..

And here's his little sign to let everyone know who's house it is. ;)

And now for the bunny himself!
Here's his little nethie-butt..

And here's his little nethie-ears..

Aaand, put them together..

And here's his impression of.. some kind of... pokemon-esque cartoon character?

That's all the Nigel we have time for right now, but tune in to the Degerfield Bunnies at a later date for the future mis-behaviours of Nigel and the rest of the gang. ;)

WAAAAAAAAAAAANNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNT!

My first bunny was a Nethie... Nigel is wonderful :inlove: I can just imagine the little cutie thumping his adorable little footsy in a fit of very cute and tiny displeasure.

OHHHHHHHH.... MYYYYYYYYYYY..... GOD!!!!!!!

He is SOOOOOOOOO cute! Honestly, he's like a little ball of fluffness!!! I need to get me up to Leeds to bunny nap him!

I love his little teeny tiny face, and his teeny tiny nose, and his teeny tiny ears.... AAAAWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Congratulations!! MORE pics please!!!

:inlove::inlove::inlove:

(Oh, and I'm glad to see you found some NIC grids from somewhere! Was it B&Q?)

What a little cutie pie! He is absolutely adorable! :inlove:

Looks like he has quite the personality!

We need more pictures! :biggrin2:

What a cute face.....for some reason - I can't help but picture him as a mischief maker.....

He's adorable.

OK, that is not even funny, how cute he is. You should really amend the thread title with a cuteness overload warning!

What a fabulous name to go along with a crazy cute bun, lucky you!

I love the little white mark on his nose, it looks like an arrow. He's telling you "food goes here!".

OMG! It does look like an arrow! That just makes him even cuter... And I didn't think that was possible!

His color is very interesting too! From the first picture you posted a while back I thought smoke pearl marten, but now he's looking more like a vienna marked siamese smoke pearl. Can't wait to see more pics! :)

Lmbo what a typical nethie pose. You are gonna have fun with him I can tell :biggrin2:He is not amused lol.

I take it he is a vienna marked as he doesn't have a white belly (that I can see anyways lol)

Hehe I like the 'food goes here!' idea - I'm definitely seeing that one!

I can definitely see him being a mischief maker too - he came out to play tonight and he stomped his little footses at Lee for tapping him on the bum, and then he began an insane half-hour binky-fit, before returning to his cage and upturning his freshly filled food dish...

I thought his colour looked a bit different from the photos the breeder sent too - I assumed it was down to lighting in the first pic, and then maybe the flash or perhaps he's starting a moult or something..? This pic from tonight shows his markings best..

And some more cuteness..

And here he is trying to look big and manly on his camo fleece (which he's ALREADY made a mess of.. =P)

But I don't think he's going to be too impressed when it comes time to wash the boy fleece and change it for one of the ones I bought today... ;)

ETA: Oh yes, I did find some NIC grids! Thanks for the barcode! But I did have to trek all the way out to a Bradford B&Q to get them, and then drag two boxes back on the bus. =P

His cage is awesome :biggrin2:. One question though.

Is his food the kind with a bunch of tidbits in it? Like a mix?

If it is, I suggest changing him off gradualy, as that food can get to sugary.

Oh, and we need even more pictures :)

Yes, his food is one of those horrible mixes, as is Milo's.
Don't worry, they're both started on their switch to Supa Rabbit Excel, which is what we feed in this house. =)

I'll be sure to get my camera out again tomorrow. ;)
