Thats kinda scary... but they did say rabbits were rodents which they DEFINITELY are not!

Man that is one of my biggest pet peeves. I even corrected my collegebiology professor thatLagomorpha wasNOT a classunder Rodentia!

I had a big argument about it one time with a good online friend, andhe finally got so condescending, "hate it break it to ya babe, they'rerodents."

Argh.

EEK! This is kinda scary. But I agree, why would they call rabbits rodents??!!? Grrr...

I'm guessing most news reporters aren't Biology majors.

Rabbits were reclassed in 1912, so you'd think the concept would have caught on by now ;)
