He's big, but he's also being held by a not-so-big child. And"weighs as much as two normal rabbits"? That's not very large at all...
 
Look at that poor baby. He can't even hold his head up - of course that could be the way he's being held.

Wonder if it's true. If so, how can that child hold him at all?

That is one freaky looking rabbit. He hasa huge front end and little back end.:? Could be the picture though. Iwas already to say I want a monster bunny, but I don't think so.
