Newbie Seeking Midwest Tans

Hello from Minnesota! We are new to breeding and showing rabbits and are wanting to do so with the gorgeous Tan breed. Anyone know of any breeders in the upper Midwest?? Hoping to find a mentor-friend to get started.

Welcome! Tans are pretty to look at aren't they? We've been raising them for about 6 years now and they certainly don't have the dull personality our Polish do. I don't know if you plan to go to the ARBA convention in Ft. Worth next month, but there will be lots of Tans/Tan breeders there.

I wish I could, but it's too far away. Hubby recently started a new job so vacation time is scarce right now. Next year's location isn't much better either. I'm hoping it will be back in the Midwest after that. I did see that the National Tan Show is going to be in North Carolina--one of my favorite states--so we might have to figure out how to get ourselves to that one
