New Zealand?

So recently i got a new white new zealand rabbit! I dont know mugh about them and would like to find out more. It is nearly 8 weeks old adn im not sure if it is a boy or a girl. if anyone has any general info about the breed or any care info that would be good to know!

They do get big, 15 pound area. They are very sweet bunnies, and fun to harness train. Very personable bunnies(Though don't let my dutchies hear me say that, they're my favorites!) and very friendly.
They also love to eat, at least everyone that i've met
