Hello everyone. I am new to this site and I want to get as much information as possible.

My aunt found a rabbit running through her yard, you can tell it was domesticated. I believe it is a lions head. She may be an adult, but she looks kind of like a dwarf, hehe. shes all black, really soft fur and a mane around her face. She does not bite. My aunt caught her and advertised if anyone lost her, but we think she was let out intentionally. Shes very sweet and I'm hoping to bring her home. I owned cats, dogs, and a bird, but never a bunny. Any ideas of care and everything else?

Welcome to the Forum. So glad your aunt found that sweet bunny. People think they are rabbits and rabbits live in the wild so they unfortunately leave these poor things out to fend for themselves.

I could write all day about the care of rabbits. But I'll post this. RO Library is filled with lots of info complied by very good people here at RO

The only advise I can say is work hard to win the trust of your bunny. Once you do that, bunnies can be the most affection, funny, sweet, intelligent animal you will ever know.

And also Pics are very appreciated here! Would love to see your Lion Head.

Good Luck with your bunny.

K:)
