So George is 5 mths ,outside bun daytime, goes into cage for overnight .Most evenings he has a run round our 20ft x 20 ft lounge, we have put towels in one spot where he favours to pee pee, tonight he did 3 in quick succession? Not sure if that normal also is the pee pee meant to be cloudy yellow/white?

Anyway if i put a litter box in that corner with some peed on litter to encourage him again to jump in and go there should that be it or is there something else i`m missing should he have a litter tray outside as he just seems to deposit it at one end of his run. thanks for reading Sue B

I'm not sure about the pee color, but I think it is normal for it to be cloudy yellow/white.

What has worked for me with litter training is to take the poops and put them into your bunny's litter box. That way his scent gets all over it and he realizes that that is his spot to go potty. You could also put some hay in a container over it because bunnies like to eat and go potty at the same time.

Good luck!

Yuck they like to poop and pee !! not seen him do that but he just has toys and tunnel in the lounge as it`s just playtime ,thanks for your reply i`ll try later

Well update tonite i blocked the favoured pee pee corner so the litter box filled remaining space ,put newspaper hay and some of this mornings pee pee soiled woodchipping George jumped in ,out ,in ate some hay looked like he was concentrating then yipee poo`s and a big pee :bunnydance: am very proud but frustrated apart from a stroke how do you get the message across they`ve done what you wanted them to do and made you very happy !!
