New Lionhead Buck & Some Updates

Well I have finally worked out what my goals are & what I will be focusing on. I made a post a couple days ago saying that I was getting out of bunnies, well that is not entirly true,

I'm starting a BEW French Angora project, but I'm not having my vienna's interfere with my showable bunnies.

Also I have decided (I had to put serious consideration into this) that I will be getting back into breeding Lionheads. I love the breed what can I say!

I have sold out all my Hollands to a friend of mine, so I can see them whenever. I just got an 8 week old Lionhead doe from a nice breeder not to far from me & I just got a buck who I love from another breeder.

Anyways so here is Orion, he is a REW Lionhead buck. He is tiny, he looks huge in the pics lol Also he has nice small ears and a good nethie face (I have to get a face shot) & he has the nethie eyes. He is way too wooly but I hope to breed that out by breeding him to my single mane doe

Also I forgot to mention my mom is selling out her English Angoras, because she doesn't really have the time to groom them. She is keeping 2 of her bucks. I'm keeping my little black doe from one of her previous litters though.

I really like his type - there is a bit more showing in that pose (free space under his stomach - don't know how to explain - but basically - he's a bit longer in his body than I normally like) - but he has a nice sorta arch to his back....

I wish I could explain it better - all I can say is - if I was looking for a lionhead for my breeding program - I probably would have considered him (after seeing pics of his parents too).
