Hello everyone!!! I am happy to say that I am a new bunny mom. I just got two female holland lops from someone. They are about 9 months old. They are so cute! My kids and I just got them today. It was not a planned but they needed a home asap so me to the rescue :) I would love some name ideas. Here are some photos of them and the pen I set up for them. They have been living in the wire cage you see in the photos. I think it was way to small!

You can click on the images to make them larger. I could not seem to get it to post any bigger.

OH! They are adorable! Thank you for taking them in! They look like "Cinnamon and Ginger"! Such pretty girls! Welcome to the wonderful world of bunny slaves!

:welcome1

They are gorgeous :)
And yes I agree, that cage is MUCH too small.
I would make a post in the general RO forum with something about names in the title, and I bet you'll get LOTTTTSSSSSS of ideas!
(I'm currently thinking of girl-bun names myself, so I can't give away my choices!)
WELCOME :biggrin2:

Hi and Welcome to RO!!

I hope you have enjoyed going through the site for information, laughs, and pictures. Just be prepared when you starta blog for yournew girls, people here are ruthless about not getting enough pictures to ooh and ahh over. You are off to a great start with the few you have posted already!!!! :D

Your girls are beautiful!!! :pAs for names, I tend to gravitate toward the old-fashioned names like Maddie, Sarah, and Gertrude. Perhaps a more "democratic" way of choosing names might be to have your kids write down three names each and throw the names into a hat. Kids can have the best imaginations for great names sometimes.

Good luck with finding the right names for your new additions. Keep us all posted on what they will be called along with pictures of how they settle into their new forever home. :p

myheart
