I'm getting new fishies! i had a 12 gallon set up for almost two years that i took down last nov for a bunch of reasons. i just re-set it up last night and if the waters ok theni'm getting three quarter sized angelfish today! i'm so happy! i just had to share. if mom takes pic and has time to download them(she take the pics on her camera and downloads the to the puter and i take it from there. it works very well most of the time!) i'll post them later(we're really busy today. cooking for the church dinner tomorrow, baths, a little packing since we spend the whole day down there, ect.).

Are you sure you really want angelfish? They'll grow much too large for your tank. Heck I think they'd grow to large for my 29 gallon tank! I highly recommend something smaller. Rams are really neat. So are golden killifish, platies, danios or white cloud mountain minnows, and female bettas. Or you could get a couple paradise fish. There are lots of other great choices that would be happier in your 12 gallon.

Remember, it's a myth that a small tank will prevent fish from growing too large for it! And many pet stores have incorrect information about the minimum tank size for fish. They just want you to buy more, kill them, and buy more again.
