Neutral Territory

I was wondering about this. I have a run that is portable because it's just panels that I tie together in the corners. All the bunnies have been in it plenty, but if I were to move this run to the deck, would it be neutral territory? Mocha and Zoey's cage was on the deck for a few days and some pee did get on it, so would that change anything?

I think they'd just re-scent the area they get moved to.
