He showed up on my Dad's property and noone has claimed him despite all of our efforts back in November. He won't be going to a shelter but right now everything with him is in limbo. At least he is safe, warm and being vetted for the time being.

He's probably close to 4 months old now. Dad said there had been a few pups out there this time (dumps happen fairly regularly) but when I went out to round them up I only found the one. I had a lot of initial interest in him when I told people about him but a lot tapered off when jobs in the area fell wayside - and even fewer were interested once I said I wanted to get him neutered before finding him a home. :?
