I was wondering if anyone can tell me what theythink my bun might be? ( what breed) also is there such a thing aboutgiving them to much hay?

It depends on her age and the type ofhay. If it's Timothy generally it's as much hay as she wants. You cangive Alfalfa but most people generally mix it with timothy sincealfalfa is so rich. Alfalfa is generally given to growingrabbits.

I answered that. There is a post calledCheat Sheet for Rabbit Care at the top of the board . I have tried torefer you three times now to check it out. It has a topic calleddifferent hays and tells all about it.

I have not heard of such a thing as too much Timothy hay.Timothy hay is nothing but fiber and greatly aides the rabbitsdigestive system.

There might be such a thing as too much Alfalfa hay, as that is rich inprotien and calcium. Some peoplefeed Alfalfa hay tosuppliment added protien and calcium to their growing bunnies diet, however if too much protien and calcium is received, the bunny mayexperience enteritis.
