Need to help breaking Ripleys new behavior..

Yep, you read it right. Its his new thing to do.:Xick.. lolz..He Fills his dish with his droppings etc. How do I train him not go in his dish?

Try removing his food dish when it is empty. Make sure that he has a good sized litter box and cover the litter with hay ( keep this fresh ) so that he munches when he is in his thoughtful place.

Good idea! Thanks! I always try to keep some hay in the box so he nibbles on it.
Only one issue: he's only about 10 wk. old, so he still gets unlimited pellets. :/

Is there any way of hooking his dish just a little higher like a self feeder unit, that way he cannot get his bum into it? lol

We have a couple of dishes we got from petsmart that attach to the side of the hutch and can be moved up or down as needed.
