need rabbit facts!!

Hi guys, i am looking for facts on rabbits any interesting or funny would be a great help I already have some but widen the amount of people then u get more interesting facts

I have to do the scottish rabbit club stand for the Bradford show. It has to be relevant to breeders and public alike. I have doen the breeder bit and the headboard bit.

But the middle bit of the stand is quite big and needs to be interesting and eyecatching.

I have facts such as rabbits coem in over 150 colours size is from 2lbs to 20 lbs rabbits can be littertrained etc

Have you got ''Rabbits are lagomorphs and not rodents'', alot of people don't know that.

What about stuff like show jumping and harness training? Or rabbits as therapy animals?

I'm guessing you need short sharp facts? Like things like 'If a female rabbit is not spayed she has roughly an 80% chance of developing uterine cancer' or 'after a neuter a buck can still be fertile for 6-8 weeks'?

Oooh Guys I could also do with some pictures of things such as rabbits teeth (close up) a rabbit using a litter tray a picture of a giant rabbit even better if someone has a pic of a giant beside a small breed like a nethie.

My brain is mush to thinking of facts at the moment for some reason lol, but if I think of anything I will share it!

How about 'mythbusting' facts like contrary to common belief, it is not good for rabbits to live with guinea pigs, be fed millions of carrots etc? Sorry if that's too basic....

Jen I think the last 2 that you said were basic are really good ones, people stereotype rabbits as loving carrots and some people would probably give their rabbits big whole carrots every day its a good fact to know

Oh yes, they need thier myxi vacc every 6 months, and VHD every year.

Could you put how many unwanted bunnies there are in our country? Or that X amount have been found to be treated in a neglected manner? Or that they are the 3rd most neglected animal? I don't think any of those facts are 100% right because I've done it from memory, but the RSPCA should have it on their site.

Also, how they need 80-90% hay in their diet?
