Today it was cool at first but then it began to warm up a little bit outside my rabbit has been on the back porch.. when I brought him in his mouth was wet on the sides and he was panting a little bit will he be okay? What should I do? I'm worried to death he is drinking water right now not eating anything I think he may have got over heated ..

It is a good sign that he is drinking water. You could help cool him down by wetting his ears. Just wet your hands or a towel with cool water and wipe down his ears.

Umm I'm not sure it's not 2 hot though well at least I didn't think si the sun is out but the breeze is blowing 2

If your rabbit is still alert and not too lethargic, then your rabbit should be fine if you take some steps to help bring his temp down. If he is very lethargic, unresponsive, and/or mouth breathing, you will need to get him to a vet immediately.

The wetness around the mouth could be from drinking, or from drooling which can happen from heat stress. You need to get him cooled down. Bring him into a cool area(preferably with AC). Provide a water dish with cool water in it, wetting the ears with a cold washcloth, turn on a fan but don't have it blowing directly on your rabbit, place a frozen water bottle next to your rabbit(or a baggie with ice cubes), and if you have a cement floor or cool tiles let your rabbit lay on that.
