I'm not sure on the legal part of it. However, it is a scam so don'tsend money. There have been 2 others like this that I've known about.So its not something 'new'.

Oh my gosh..... I have no words to express thehorror I feel after reading this post. This is the most horrible thingI have ever seen. This SHOULD be reported!! Did you see the "suppossed"overview of his account balance to date? Suppossedly he has earned tonsof money from people's support. I think these statistics would have tobe fake.... who would give someone like this their hard earned money?

I am totally outraged by this..... It is just horrible!
