Neck fur pulling

I've seperated my two bunnies today, because over the past week they'd started to fight. Today was the soonest I could get a hutch. I've noticed just now, that the fur on Milly and Mai's back of the neck area has been pulled out (due to the mounting) and there's some tiny scratches, though no actual leeking open wounds.I was just wondering what to put on the area? Can I dilute an antiseptic liquid like savlon/dettox, or an antiseptic cream for humans? Any replies much appreciated!

For small wounds, rinse with antiseptic (such as peroxide) and apply a small amount of antibiotic ointment.
