I feel so torn. I really want to keep this REW but I have already selected another buck to keep and I feel I should have enough bucks for the amount of does in my rabbitry.
This is Knut at 4 weeks

He has super thick fur too. I could not even get his BRC ring on at just over 3 weeks.
Does anyone else see merit in him or is it just me (and David) who are besotted with him?

I'm inlove! I would jump on that. He stacks perfectly. Ears took short wich I love. I would love to put him on the table. It's hard to tell but he looks a little narrow in the rear. I don't know much about rings. We tattoo here.

Not having a ring just means I can't show him at an official BRC show. Seeing that I only go once or twice a year (as I have to travel abroad) and that I don't really aim to show REW it would not be too bad that he does not have a ring.

I like him. His type looks great but at 4 weeks, almost all babies look fabulous. I would wait and keep him a little longer before deciding. He's still young and will develop a whole lot in a couple of months, making the choice much easier whether to keep him or not.;-)

Great looking baby REW!

I am still dithering. If I gave him to the breeder in exchange of a doe as agreed I would still have certain access to him and could use him for breeding if necessary.
I don't normally feel all that soppy about the baby rabbits once i have decided to part with them but it really hurts with this one...
