ND color

Does anyone know if Netherland dwarf babies change color? My black otter doe paired to my blue otter buck produced one black otter and one sort of smokey gray colored baby someone told me that the smokey/gray may change and become a blue otter is that true? They are four weeks old today. Thanks

Wow would love to see a pic! I have a lilac/blue buck. Some judges have called him lilac, some have called him blue, I think he falls somewhere in between, but as he has gotten older he appears to be leaning towards the blue. He is just entering into his jr/sr age molt so we will see...I have seen some look a bit different afterwards. Good luck

some baby blues do look like a very smokey gray. A picture would be good.
