I was searching craigslist, and look at this ad:

http://seattle.craigslist.org/oly/pet/583149495.html

I was SO disturbed when I saw the title! The information sounds ok, but still, this bunny is just going to end up at the shelter if it's given to someone for Easter! I really hope that person realizes the future of her bunny before giving it away at Easter Time.

Sigh...I think it is sad in general all the animal postings seen on CL. It honestly breaks my heart at all the animals that are always on there. Sometimes I think it is a losing battle. People just don't seem to get just how much of the senseless killing could be stopped with a spay or nueter...depressing as all h*ll.

we had people parading around on phoenix's craigslist advertising rabbits for your valentine, and they specifically bred their bunnies FIVE TIMES before v-day so they could profit off them.

horrific, i know. they got flagged every single time they posted a new ad.

I see all Craigslist ads in AZ for rats and bunnies, most of them are horrible :?.

That's horrible Timetowaste.

I keep seeing posts that say "You need a bunny for Easter!" andI just feel like e-mailing those people and trash-talking them, but I don't. It is so horrible. And they don't even realize how many bunnies (or all animals for that matter) sit around in shelters and wait for that perfect home. :(
