I NEVER splurge on movies, but this I couldn't miss. I'm halfway tempted to go back and get more...

I got these:

The Secret Window

13 Ghosts

Murder by Numbers

Dreamcatcher

The Perfect Storm

The Client

and 50 episodes of "One Step Beyond"

The Perfect Storm is based on a true story. I've watched it a million times, but the book is by far better. Instead of piecing probabilities together to make the movie - the book is more detailed on actualities and interviews of survivors of that storm and ones similar to it.

The Secret Window has JOHNNY DEPP. - Good, but I figured it out pretty quick because I'm like that. Featured my favorite breed of dog as well. Blaah.

13 Ghosts - NOT my type of movie. But I think I remember liking some of the ghost effects - I was a little out of sorts after celebrating when I started to watch it and I ended up falling asleep. Or watching it with my eyes closed...

I havent seen the other movies.

I snagged up some cheap movies on Black Friday, but Walmart still has the $2.98 movies for some reason.

I got....The Cat in the hat & Dumb and Dumber for only $2.98, then I got Flicka for $6.

Don't every watch Flicka if you are.....

1. in love with Tim McGraw.
2. have a deep passion for horses.
3. are jealous of their horse farm.

You will cry your eyes out about 12 different times in the movie :p. I think is movie brings on more tears than The Notebook for me.
