I spent half of the day outside w/ the rabbitsand especially Briar (he's been feeling left out since the Kitsarrived). I laid out to tan and let Briar loose outside, with the coopdoor open for him if he wanted a bite of hay or drink.
Briar began to circle me as i lay out in the sun, he was making softgrunting noises and running all around me. Later this evening i wasstanding watching Bramble and Briar constantly reared up and put hisforepaws on my leg.
Eventually i sat down with him and he started to rear up on me. Hewould run around me quickly five times while softly grunting. I leanedmy head down and he came over and began to snuggle with me:shock:. Ilet him sniff my hands and he started licking me:shock::shock:...
He continued this behavior...
It's dark outside and i knew i could trust Briar, so i let him have abit of free-roam outside while i collected fresh grass for Bramble. Heran over to the side of the barn, and as i jogged back into the barn todrop off the grass for Bramble i called, "Come 'ere Cuddle Monster" andlickity-split Briar dashed over to me and followed me into thecoop!:shock::shock::shock:
I split the grass up between Bramble and Briar and Briar began tocircle me and grunt when i sat down. I was about to leave for the nightand was heading for the door, he reared up on my leg one last time andthen ran to the back of the coop, got up on a ledge and then sprangonto the brood box rail...he ran over to me on the rail and leanedforward with his head.
I went over to him and he sat back down and gave me one lastsnuggle...i was so shocked, i had no idea that buns could wantthis much affection, that's how Briar (AKA Bwiar) became the "CuddleMonster"
Briar actually comes to Cuddle Monster, Bwiar and Briar....he's such a sweetie....
