Well, I'm back with another question.I've really tried to research this, but I couldn't find any concreteanswer. My bunny sneezed 5 times in a row today. This is the first timehe ever sneezed. He also has a clear liquid coming from hisnose. Now, sometimes his nose could be a little wet, but he'snever sneezed before. By the way, I'm at the beginning of anew bag of hay (not at the bottom with the dust). Hisbreathing has always been faster than what the "norm" is supposed to be(ie: more than 30-60 times a minutes), but he's a teen (4.5 months) andnot an adult yet.I've also noticed (although maybe I haven'tnoticed it before)that the inside of his ears arebluish in color. His nose and mouth are not. I don't know ifthat's normal (he's not a lop, his ears are straight up). They're blue smack in the middle. I'm not sure what caused thesneezing. Except for one thing; I used an allergen reducer powder on mycarpet. I had him in another room with the door closed when I did ityesterday, and I vacuumed it up thoroughly. Could he beallergic to that? Or, do you think it's something I should see a vetfor? Thanks to all who read and/or respond. I'm going to keepan eye on him closer in the next couple days.

Try not using theallergin powder for a few daysand see if he still sneezes ,This weird weather has made a lot ofbunnies sick and for noapparent reasons .
Has there been any other changes recently? It sounds like allergies but ifit keepd up I would call the Vetand ask what he thinks .

Ok, I'll try that. And no, therehasn't been any other changes. I did give him half of a grapeyesterday and did the allergen floor stuff, but other than that, there's been no changes. He sneezed again 4 times in a rowtonight. I might call a vet to get their advice tomorrow ifhe keeps sneezing.

Pez sneezes all the time.. sometimes so much hegets his ears going and I swear he is gonna leave the ground or givehimself whiplash!

He has allergies.. to what we don't know, but I think it is probably dust.

Question to Pam: Are some breeds more susceptible to allergies than others?

The rabbits ears may be blue normally on theinside depending what color your rabbit is.It could be allegic to thepowder but if he keeps sneezing better to get him checked by thevet.bluebird
