My sister was at work when she got told her car was in an accident in the parking lot... her co worker was backing out of a parking spot with his door opend something happened seizure or something and his truck backed up in a circle About 150 yrds he fell out and his truck ran him over and his truck hit her car and stopped. It doesn't look good for him. So please pray for him... They had to fly him in a helicopter...I had to pick my sister up from work cause she was really upset about it... She knew him and really liked him... she said he was a nice guy

My thoughts and prayers are with you. I hope he comes out ok. That is awful that it happened on Thanksgiving.

my sister works at walmart... we went up there this morning and her boss told her is stable and in a drug induced coma but at least he is alive.

this may sound bad but she is trying to figure out how to pay to get her car fixed... the police could not find an insurace card in his vehicle... and she is worried How is she suposed to ask his family if he had insurance... His wife is def and she dos notwant to have to ask her about it while her husband is in the hospital fighting for his life. but she is a single mom who works for walmart... and scraps by...She only had liability

Your sister should talk to her insurance company. Even if she doesn't have collision, she would (hopefully) have an active policy. They can run the plate through Dept of Motor Vehicles, and it will show the other person's insurance company. Her insurance company can tell her who it is and then get a phone #. If she does not carry collision coverage, she will have to pursue a claim through the other party herself, her insurance carrier isn't responsible to do that. But they will be able to walk her through what to do.

(I used to be a claims representative).

My thoughts are with the man, I hope he recovers. It's so hard when this is during the holidays too, not that it is easier any other time..

thank you so much for the info... i was with her when she made her payment on her insurance. so i know its active. i will tell her and i know she was supose to go and get the police report today before work.

it is really sad he was leaving work to go celebrate thanksgiving with his wife. it really is bothering my sister she was the one who trained him when he started working for walmart
