So I got a lop eared dwarf bunny almost 2 weeks ago and she is about 10 weeks old, and a few days ago I noticed that one of her ears have dropped but the other hasn’t and I’m not sure whether or not I should be concerned or if it’s just a normal process of her ears dropping. And she doesn’t seem to move her dropped ear so I’m not to sure what’s wrong if anyone knows please let me know.
Thanks.

That's not unusual. It can take several weeks to months as the rabbit grows and it's head changes, for the ears to fully lop. But be aware, that for some lop rabbits, they can retain more ear control due to the position of the ears on the crown of their head, and can have 'airplane ears' or even more upright ears.
