So my Fiance andI come home last night. i was making dinner and he went out to feed the rabbits. He comes back in and looks at me and says "are you sure Gabby isnt pregant?" I said "what are you talking about?" Well sure enough she had pulled fur and had 4 babies!!!

This is a VERY delightful surprise!! I tried breeding her to my fawn buck Gordy last month after I bought him. He mounted her, it was over Veryquickly...and she beat the snot out of him and didnt even seem to lift for him when he mounted her. Guess we were wrong and we are now refering to Gordy as "bullseye" haha!

I went out this morning and Gabby is doing well, along with her 4 babies, the are all making happy baby bunny noises, and look to have been well fed.

Merry Belated Christmas to me!!!! WOOOHOO!!!!!

It will probally be a few days till I can get some pics on here. My Fiance has to take them with his camera...and he wont be home today:(As soon as I get them Ill post them ASAP! im so excited to share with all my new rabbit friends on here

I love "bullseye" .... that's too cute!

I'm so happy for you! This is SO exciting and such a wonderful surprise!

thank you! Im very happy about it:)

The funny thing is, I thought my black doe was pregnant so we had been extra careful with her and she ended up not being pregnant. Yet my Fawn was the one that was pregnant and we have been toting her around EVERYWHERE. She got her pic taken with santa and was even taken to a holiday party. We had left the Black doe (penny) at home for both of these events because we thought she was pregnant. guess we got fooled haha!

Your fawn sounds like such a sweet girl! Most mommas get a little cranky when they're due.
