My poor baby. She has been coughing for a few days and started throwing up yesterday. We camped out in the living room together last night and she coughed all night. She woke up this morning throwing up, so I took her to the doctor. They listened to her and immediately ordered a chest xray. Her right lung is ate up with pneumonia. Poor thing. So no going out for us this weekend. We are going to eat popcorn and watch movies and cuddle with Gracie

AWWW! That sucks! I HATE when my boys are sick! Its the worst feeling!

Hope she feels better fast!
Does she have fever? Remember to keep her hydrated!

She has a fever of 102. Been staying on top of the tylenol, but 102 is as low as its going right now...so we are battling it. I can only imagine what it would be if I wasnt doing the tylenol. We just went to the store and got popsicles and ice cream and other goodies for her to help with hydration

You can also try alternating with Motrin. Tylenol never worked for my boys. Motrin on the other hand was and always has been a blessing lol. I think there was some kind of recall on Motrin a while back and they removed it from the shelves. They have generic versions available and work just the same. Luckily *KNOCK ON WOOD* its been some time since my kids have been sick.

I have the regular Ibuprofen since the motrin was recalled. I will alternate with that and tylenol. I dont know why I didnt think about that because then she is getting something every 4 hours

Did the dr determine if it's caused by bacteria, fungus, or virus? It sounds like the treatment is just for symptoms, which would suggest it's viral, or assumed to be viral. You might want to look at medicinenet.com/pneumonia/article.html.

I hope Audrina is feeling better soon.
