Pascal is approximately 4-5 months old, I got him on June 17th and he was 12ish weeks old. When I pet him I can feel his spine hips and ribs very distinctly. I feed him daily and try to make sure he eats enough but He doesn’t seem to be gaining much weight.

What's his exact diet(types of foods fed, unlimited or if not amounts fed each day)? Approximate weight?

It is quite likely your bunny is not too thin. Most pet bunnies are too fat. Have a look at this: Body Condition Score

Has Pascal been to a DVM? Did you take a fecal sample in to be checked for worms?
