My bunnies wont stop licking Casey's ear.

About 3 months ago my bunny Casey was scratching her ear and she cut it, my other bunnies helped clean it for her so it all healed up quickly.. But my other bunnies are still licking at her ear constantly when the cut has gone, and because they are constantly licking her ear they are causing more sores inside her ear.. I dont know how to stop them from doing this? Any help?

I suppose you could keep them apart except when you supervise. There might be a cream that would help healing & doesn't taste good, but I don't know what it would be.
