So I have a spayed female holland lop 1 year old and an un neutered Netherland/Holland lop mix. 7 months old. I was going to get him neutered thinking he was going to hump my female or spray. He hasn’t humped her at all! And hasn’t shown any aggressive behaviour. He is definitely a male I have checked twice and the vet also. Is there a chance he might change as he gets older? Should I bother fixing him even if his behaviour is good?

It's always possible he could change later as he's still in the early months of being fully mature. But if he isn't showing any signs of unwanted hormonal behavior, isn't too smelly, and doesn't bother your female, since she's already spayed I would probably just leave things as they are and only get him neutered later if he starts having hormonal behaviors. With males it's usually the pregnancy issue and hormonal behaviors(and smell) as the reasons for getting them neutered, and you don't have those problems. I personally don't see any reason to go through the risk of surgery or the expense.
