I just recently started searching for what I can do for my baby bunny, which was given to me as a gift. I've been taking care of two bunnies for not even a month but I love them so much. I found this page and I have read a lot of people giving advices and help to each other so I thought maybe someone could help me out here. Please if anyone see this, please give me something I could do.
My baby brother accidentally jumped on him, my baby bunny's name is Ferrero. I heard him squeal (idk if thats the right word) and then I picked him up. I had tears in my eyes. I felt very sad when I see him lifting up his right leg and tried to move when I put him down. I let him rest on my bed so it's comfortable for him because he wasn't moving. When I see him finally walk, he was still lifting up his right leg. I picked him up again. He doesn't seem hurt when I stretched his legs and touch them to check if he's in pain. I touched his left leg so I can tell the difference of his bone in his right leg, to see if he was really fractured and I felt nothing, completely normal. But he still was dragging his right leg up. He's not that energetic and hyper, he was always the quiet one so I couldn't really tell if he's not feeling well. He still eats and drinks water normally too, I bring it to him so he wouldn't have to walk. Now he's right beside me. He flops beside me to sleep, comfortable in my bed. I panicked earlier, asking my friends if there are any vet near them. I've already planned to go tomorrow, near my friend's place so I'm going with her. She has a bunny with a broken back so I tagged along with her and wished for our bunnies to be better. I really don't know if Ferrero's leg is really broken because I tried tugging it, he didn't show any sign of pain except lifting up his leg when walking on his own. Oh, my poor baby. Please someone, give me something to do. I really love him, he's sleeping beside me for comfort and I bring him water when he tried going to his little bowl. When he's done drinking, he lies down comfortably beside me. Did this happen to anyone else too?
