Mountain Bike Back-Flip

I was looking on a site to sign my daughter and I up for a mountain biking lesson with the pros (to keep ourselves from getting killed LOL) and found a video with my son, Ryan doing a back-flip (I got to see him do it in person last weekend).

Forward to 4:00 in the video - the kid ridingpast thetrainer in red and turning aroundis Ryan. Shortly after, you see him do a cool back-flip on his bike.

(I just want to learn how to ride over things and not fall off LOL)

How long has he been doing this? Very cool.

Ryan has been riding forever. My 25 year old son Billy is also really good, and Matthew (9) isn't afraid to tackle the hard stuff.

The boys finally got us girls riding and I love it! (My husband got me a Trek mountain bike for my birthday last year).

Great excercise for you guys too. I'd love to have a mountain bike as opposed to the 10 speed I have:?.

Here's a photo of my daughter Stephanie and I with womens pro downhill racer Gale Dahlager (middle)of Utah, after our hour lesson with her on Sunday. (Who better to get me over my fear of heights and fear of riding downhills?)

It was a blast! I can't believe I actually rode on the 20 ft. highcross country loop and tackled downhills that I would have never tried on my own. She even got us over the logs! She also went over a lot of basics that I need to work on (including getting my big butt off the seat!) I also have problems balancing, so she gave me exercises to work on for that.

Stephanie rode one of the $3,000 Fisher demo bikes that were at the bike park - PINK with disc brakes. She wants a new bike and never wants to get on hers again LOL
