More Babies on the way!

Our Himilayan doe is due any time now- she's a first timer so we're keeping a close eye on her. She's SO fat! Our buck got her twice so we're expecting a big litter.

I hate the waiting part!

When is her due date? Any thing going on in the nestbox today?

Today is day 29. Herdue date is tomorrow. Nothing going on yet, but you can see babies moving if you just watch her. We had her out on the table yesteray, she's just gotten so wide. I'm guessing she'll at least have 5 or 6- maybe more.

She's been such a grouch since the day after we got her bred. Lunging and growling when we try to feed her. I hope that's just a sign!

Wow seven! My mini rex just had seven as well. I love himis-they were the first breed I raised and showed.

I will work on getting pictures! Mom and babies are all doing well. Fingers crossed for blues! Looks like mostly black but a few have lighter coloring so we'll see!
