I'm trying to remember who was playing lookout - you have to understand though that there are lots of girls in there...I think it was Titania if I remember right. I have two gals that look almost alike - which is why I didn't call the name of the gal in the tote because I wasn't quite sure which doe she was....
The contents of the tote was from about 1/2 of the rabbitry cages if I remember right - and the floor sweepings. Can you imagine if all of the girls got in it and played? I don't even want to think about that.
So far I've conquered 2 of my mountains of paperwork...still have so much to go. I'm shredding old credit card offers, old bills that have been paid (or that I have a more current bill for), etc. etc. I'm also looking a receipt from when I paid cash at the vet and they didn't show me paying it....its not a big deal - $5.88 for kitten food for Faith..but its enough that I'm wanting to find the receipt. I KNOW I've seen it somewhere...
As far as this emoticon...:bed: I've never noticed it before but it is so appropriate for how I feel today. I was up till 1 am doing a few things - then up until 2 am working with Hefty (my wry neck buck who was sleeping in my arms and needed some fluids). I got to sleep and he woke me up again at 3:15 and then about 4:30 and then again about 5 am. I kept trying to get him to drink fluid and eat some baby food....he's just having such a hard time tossing and turning and rolling with this right now. Then I decided to go ahead and get up at 8:20 because I'm trying to MAKE myself get up around 8-ish so I can work on my novel (ha ha ha - I was too bleary eyed to do that today). So I got maybe four hours of sleep and it wasn't the most comfortable 'cause I had my arm wrapped around a bunny so he wouldn't roll....
BTW - he was on top of the bed (not under the covers)....so although he was getting a bit hot at times - it wasn't from being wrapped up in a blanket or something. I finally got enough fluids in him that he was much better. (He is not a big fan of water at all....I'm going to try adding some mint tea to his water today).
But he's such a sweetie....the other night I was holding him down so Art could do a shot of lactated ringers to get him stabilized since he was dehydrating....and as I was holding his head down...he started licking my hands and kissing me. I stood there weeping and trying to keep him still when I could barely stay still myself...it was bad.
Hefty is the first heart bunny that has loved me back (and shown it)- so this is a new experience. I guess he's worth losing sleep over..
