I haven't weighed Merlin (which I pronounceMer-LEEN). He's not very heavy. I'd guess, based on what myCalifornians weigh, that he's not more than 7-8 pounds. A guess.

Perhaps the smaller German Angora, a small Giant Angora, or a hybrid. Here's a photo of a German

Pam or Vittoret,

It looks like he's a purebred. Is he? Sounds like Pam thinks a GermanAngora, if I'm not mistaken. I'd be curious to know the differencebetween a Giant Angora and a German Angora. He's a year old. Has hestopped growing?

For a rabbit that has not been neutered, I'm surprised at how mellow and loving Merlin is.

Vittoret, can Amy find out what breeder Merlin came from? Would your friend know?

Could be a purebred Carolyn. Size cansometimes be a problem with the Giants, andGiants x Germansare often crossed by "woolers", so it may be difficult to determine ifhe's actually purebred without finding the breeder.

There are a lot of angora breeders in the NE USA and Canada.

Does he have a tattoo Vittoret?

Pam
