Chris was out on Monday in the very hot and humid weather at a shopping mallwhen he saw a bunny running around outside. He said he couldn't leave it outside in that kind of weather. It took him over 10 minutes of chasing the poor little thing (well not so little) till he finally caught Fluffy (my choice of name).

He brought Fluffy home and put her/him in Wilbur & Jackies old cage, not the biggest cage but Fluffy is much safer in that cage in our nice cool basement than he/she would have been outside in the too hot weather.

For the first couple of days his/her litter habbits were not good but now he/she uses the litter box.

Fluffy eats like a little piggy, who knows how long he/she went without good food and hay. Fluffy has toys to play witha nice strw mat to lay on, frsh water and lots of love.

I don't know if I will keep her, I will probably put an ad in the local paper but I do believe she was let go by someone si I doubt if her old owners would try to claim her/him.

I had Fluffy out this evening for a litlle while, she was chinning everything in her site and pooing on the rug. She even did a little blinky, that was so cutte cause she's so big.

Well here are a few pictures of her. Some are a little blurry as she waas moving constantly.

This was the first day she was here.

that is one lucky but beautiful bunny. those ears! that hair! she is adorable. well done chris for catching her, and well done you for giving her a home.:D

Aww Susan, she is adorable! That was good of Chris to chase her down and bring her home where she will be safe.

Is she friendly? Good luck and let us know if you decide to keep her!

He/she is such a lovely looking bunny. I am so happy Fluffy found a home with you. How's she/he settling in? Any plans on trying to bond her with another bun (I guess that would only be Buttercup or Daisy Mae, though :expressionless)

Jan

Well Fluffy is turning out to be a "Lovely" Bunny. Yes I think Fluffy is a he. When I turned him up side down to take a peak it looks like he has 2 family jewels.

We trimmed some of the mats off of him on the weekend and cleaned his feet, they were so dirty from him being outside. I'm thinking of getting him shaved as he has a ton of mats on his back end
.
Chris said his nails were so long they were curling under, so God knows where he came from.

He really is a sweetheart, has great litter habits, after the first day of him peeing in the cage he's had no accidents at all, he uses the litter pan all the time. He does binkies too so cute to see a big bunny doing them.

I'm thinking maybe Daisy Mae may end up with a boy friend, not sure yet though.

I'll try to get more pictures of him soon.

Susan:)

Jan you ask so you shall recieve. No the Fuffster hasn't met Daisy Diva yet. I really think we need to get his manly parts removed first.

He is very difficult to get good pictures of as he doesn't stay still for very long.

What a lovely bunny. He looks like a plush teddy bear now after his haircut! I bet when it grows back he'll have a lovely coat :)
