Marshy And Her Grossness

Every single day I have to SOAK Marshy's butt in vinegar and water, then pour cornstarch on her and make her sit in a bowl ofcornstarch as well. It never totally cleans her but it will look better. But, the very next day when I get home from work, thereshe is, with pee all over her bottom, soaked in it!! It's so freaking gross and I cant take it. What is the problem???? Rice and Beans always have clean sparkling butts, why cant Marshy?? She's lost a bit of weight so it cant be that anymore....

Has she been to a vet about this? I'm concerned about her peeing on herself. She might be having trouble getting into the right position due to stiffness or pain. Sometimes this indicates a urinary tract infection, but it can also be from arthritis or an injury.:?
