That is sooooo cool! You did a super duper job, it was just a plain closet the other day, right? Very snazzy, I'm jealous. You are gonna have some spoiled bunnies, how lucky they are. I can't wait for more pics. :D

Beautiful! It looks like a Pier One Bunny Condo :)I love all the colors and neat stuff you put in there!

Now Im anxious to see how long they can keep it so prisine and clean ;)

Yep, it was just a plain closet the other day! A friend and I had the sudden urge to snazz it up. I wanted to paint, but I was concerned about the fumes and where to put the bunnies for a few days while I painted. Then my friend suggested getting fabric and putting it on the walls.

So, we went to walmart and got the supplies and went right to work! I think it took me about 2 hours to finish it. The worse part was making all the bows and having my thumb hurt from pushing tacks into the wall.

They show no interested at all in chewing the fabric. I am happy because now they can't chew the base boards because the fabric is covering it up! They actually don't chew anything in their room except their toys. When they are out running around in the huge area I have blocked off in my bedroom, then they chew the base boards, so I had to go out today and get some no-chew spray.

I have yet to go out and buy little picture frames and some wire to hang little pictures of vintage bunnies I found on the internet to print off! It's going to be sooo homey and cute in there once I'm completely finished!

They actually aren't messy at all! Yeah, their little brown hair sticks to the fabric, but no big deal. Sometimes they have little pee accidents right outside the litter box on the hard floor, but I just clean it up with Clorox Anywhere spray.

They do poopies next to their box too...but it's because they eat their hay and poop, so I'm going to get another litter pan and put it in front of the hay box, so the only way they can get to the hay is when they are inside a litter box.

I'm not a decorator....that would be cool though! I have to find something to go through college for. Maybe I can be a professional bunny room decorator?

The no-chew stuff is the kind that you spray for dogs and cats. I picked up a natural kind. I even sprayed some on my finger in the store and tasted it. It's very gross, but it's working. I tried white vinigar the other day, but they didn't seem to mind the taste.

Cool. I wonder if that stuff would be ok on wires? Snuffles got at my husband's scanner wires yesterday. It's funny, when they tear stuff up, it's usually his. *I'm not laughing*Hee Hee-oops.

I really do think it will work on wires. I sprayed it on the parts of the wood that they have been chewing, and they won't touch it now. I saw Mallory go for a bite of the wood and pull away. His eyes were wide, lol. I feel bad because I personally know how gross it tastes, but at least they won't be chewing the wood work.

I want to wait unitl the boys get a bit older to let them run around the whole bedroom because my boy friend has ALOT of wires around from his xbox360, computer, tv, ect....and the boys are still too young for me to trust them in such a larger space. For now though, they have a ton of room in the blocked off section of the room that leads into their bunny room....and it's very bunny safe!

I will have to take a picture of their blocked off section too, so you see what I am talking about!

VERY NICE!! It's absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!! :D

cough-spoiled bunnies-cough ;)

I'd be impressed if they don't touch that fabric, really impressed. Good luck! It really is beautiful. I won't let my bunnies see that, that's for sure.

<WBR> Missyscove...they haven&#39;t tried to chew it or tear it down...not even once! I even had to put fabric around my base boards tonight so they wouldn&#39;t chew on them anymore. I guess they now like the taste of the bitter spray!

Snuggys Mom....you sure can come back as a bun and live in the bunny room:D.

NO! I saw it first! :tantrum:I get to go there when I die, so there, Snuggysmom!

Just kidding-we can go together, meet there someday! :rollseyes

It really is a beautiful room. I wish it was my bedroom. lr, dr anything! It&#39;s gorgeous!!

Thanks for the compliments! I wish I lived in their bunny room too. It&#39;s sooooo cute. I hope I don&#39;t get bored with it and have to change the wall fabric. It does have to come down in a few months to get washed though, I&#39;m sure!

Thank you! At first when I decided on getting house bunnies, I thought "Where the heck am I going to put a HUGE cage?". Then talking with my fiance, he decided he didn&#39;t want a huge NIC cage hanging out in our bedroom.

So after thinking and getting an idea from this other lady&#39;s bunny re-do closet....I decided to clear out the bottom on the closet and turn it into their bedroom! Quick and easy. They have their own space for sleeping, and we have ours. :)

Now I just hope that when/if we move down to Pheonix, AZ or Flagstaff, AZ for college this fall to rent a place...I have a whole room or huge closet for their room:D.
