Ok

I rescued a female rabbit from a garden and also bought 2 boy rabbits who were re homed together.
The boys have been in a separate cage for about a year ,the female has managed to get into there enclosure twice and was okay .Then she started making grunting noises and was difficult to pick up .Also the little lop ear rabbit was tring to mate with both the female and the male .The other male is now in with the female and gets on fine .Also if i just put the 2 males together they are fine . Just wondering if the rabbit on there own is getting depressed.Cant have them all together though. The are all de sexed

Since they are able to get along in pairs, I think you have a good chance of having a trio that can live happily together. I would just work on bonding them in a neutral area. Put the female with the male she doesn't currently get along with and do short sessions (lengthening them over time) until they get along, then try introducing the other male again.
