Ok so my manger has only been with ez pawn for a year.

So she got her high horse that she got a store so fast. under staffed what ever.

But every sense I joined the team she has rode my a** about anything even if I was not the one to do it. So I can handle riding thats what mangers do. But she belittles me and talks to me like trash.

For example theback door was left open we have a huge stock room. I was carrering a tv from the front and could not close the door but I only walked four steps away. And turned back round. She toldanother emplowee she needs to keep this darn door closed. So I went back up there and told herwhy I had left the door open and it would not happen again.

So I figure that should of been the end of it on both our parts. She comes back with a spike in her voice about how I dont need to answer her and that i could have shut the door. I told her again that I could not have and walked away before it turned into something in front of the costumers. So when I came back up front she was stamming doors and what not. I was like ok i did not say anything then she pulled me into her office likewhy do you have a excuse for everything I told her in a spike voice by this time cause she has been talking to me stupid the whole time.

I dont I was letting you know why the door was left open.she like well you can get writtten up and fired for that. Which is her favorite line on top of I guess your not going to make it to your 90 days.

Then she went into your going to have to stay lae and put all the outside mersendise up. if anyone has ever been to a ex pawn we put stuff out for costumers to see. I tols her I had a appointment at 6:30 and could not stay. The reason she wanted me todo it is because her and mrs e dont like doing it.No one does but we all do it. cause you cant put the stuff up tell 6:30. I got off at 6. She was then like count your draw and go home.

So I said ok and she is like she. Now the thing that really ets me about this is she does all this in front of costumers then blames me for starting something in front of them. Although to me I did not.

Another example is when a comeria case was left open now I had just gt there about 1 before and had not done any showing of mersedise period. She looked at me and said you need to quick leaving these cameria cases open I then said I have not shown any camerias today I just got here mrs glo. She then proseeded to trip and say it was me cause everyone else knows. Thecameria cases are always opened reallly.

But point being it seem like she rides me and every other employee in the stare had said your going to have to tell her off. she used to talk to all of us this way.

What do Ido?

Am i in the wrong and just not seeing it?

I am not sure what to tell you to do, but it sounds like you are in a hard situation. I would say don't let this lady treat you without respect, but I would hate for you to lose your job. So I guess it would depend on how much I needed the job. If I really needed it, I would probably keep my mouth closed and look for a new job. If I didn't need the job, I would stand up to her. I am sorry you are in this position. It does sound like your boss is being unreseasonable. She is blaming stuff on you that you didn't even do. Good luck and keep me updated.

She seems fine yesterday we had a great day played laughed. No bitching mabye she saw the wrong or was just in a good mood.

I dont know I dont need this job per say buts its great to be able to buy the gang more things. And add more money to the savings acount every month. And not have to barrow money if one of them have to go to the vet.

Note we have our savings acount locked so we cant spend the money. we can only get in it once every three months.

but yeah so I am going to deal with her for now but I am going to my area manger if she talks to me like that again.

I need a new keyboard some of these bottons are not working right
 
being a manager i've dealt with this problem of people higher up belittling me and throwing blame around. i have seen it done to my employees by other managers.

you should call someone higher up, call the company district manager. she should NOT be in that position if she is treating people like that and im sure if the corporate offices knew they wouldnt tolerate it. you are being, technically, mentally abused.
