OK so a few months ago a friend of mine fell in love with Fraggles and wanted me to help her get a baby of her own. I actually said no because I just don't trust people to take care of the rabbits the way they should. But she started really doing her research, learning how to handle Fraggles and she even got a real nice cage setup. Finally I gave in and took her to the breeders were she picked out a pretty 8 week old harlequin doe. All was well for about six weeks the bun seemed to be working out great. But after awhile I noticed the cage seemed to be dirtier and dirtier. Plus the growing rabbit was allowed out less and less. It was the classic case of the novelty wearing off and little Honey was forgotten. My friend even spent the money she had set aside to spay Honey on a NEW pet. I asked her about it and she said that Honey is disappointing because she is nothing like my checkered giant Fraggles. So to make a long story short today I told my friend that as soon as I move into a bigger apartment in about a week I will take Honey...Sigh... I feel responsible for this rabbit and now I'm going to get her. The problem is Fraggles. I'd love to have another bun, a snuggley standard rex or a cuddly e.lop but Fraggles HATES other buns. Anyone that has read my posts knows Fraggles hates other buns. How do I bond my 14 pound checkered monster with this four pound doe. Sorry for venting.
